How do we collect your data?

Opposition to advertising e-mails 
We herewith oppose the use of the contact data we publish in compliance with our legal obligation to post Impressum (imprint) information for sending advertising and information materials unless it has been explicitly solicited. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to institute legal proceedings against the unsolicited delivery of advertising information, using spam e-mails, etc.

 

3. Data capture on our website

Cookies

When you send enquiries to us using a contact form, the information you provide in the form including the contact information you supply in the form is stored by us to enable us to process your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions. We do not communicate this data to anyone without your consent. The information you enter in the contact form is thus processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 Para. 1a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. To do this, you simply need to send us an e-mail to this effect, you do not need to submit a form. The legality of the data processing operations up to the time of the withdrawal is unaffected by the withdrawal.

We keep the information you enter in the contact form until you ask us to delete it, or you withdraw your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the information no longer exists (e.g., when processing of your enquiry is completed). Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.

 

4. Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics
